Our warehouse for storing pharmaceuticals and medical devices is in the immediate vicinity of Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade, a location that is well connected by modern highways with the whole Serbia. Within our warehouse, which is licensed for accommodating customs and commercial goods, there is a depot exclusively for the storage of pharmaceuticals and medical devices for clinical trials (MH solution for the sale of pharmaceuticals and medical devices). The depot is built on years of experience in logistics for pharmaceuticals and medical devices for clinical trials, in accordance with the Law on Trade and Production of Medicinal Products and DDP and the needs of our clients.

Cooling chambers

In the above-mentioned depot, there are cooling chambers for storing pharmaceuticals at the following temperature regimes (If necessary and per your request, we can create the required temperature conditions for storing your goods in a short time):

24 hour monitoring and control

24-hour monitoring and control of temperature and humidity of stored goods is performed with the most modern electronic devices that automatically store these parameters as data available to our clients for inspection in electronic form. Therefore, our clients have a complete insight into the process of storing and handling their goods in our warehouse.

Simultaneously with electronic monitoring, professional staff trained in the logistics for pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and in cooperation with our pharmacists, supervises pharmaceuticals and medical devices stored in our warehouse and reacts in a timely manner in accordance with DDP, client's requirements and protocol (keeps records of quantities and complies them with ALIMS and MINSA solutions and permits, records expiration dates, LOT numbers; separates and stores goods for transport and delivery to Clinical Centers). Our experienced customs agents perform customs clearance of pharmaceuticals and medical devices directly in our depot and take all other actions in accordance with DDP and procedures of our company.

Constant availability and supply of necessary medicines and medical supplies

Within our depot for storage of pharmaceuticals and medical devices for clinical trials, we provide our clients (Sponsors of clinical trials and CRO companies in Serbia) with constant availability and supply of necessary pharmaceuticals and medical devices needed for regular and uninterrupted clinical trials in centers in Serbia and neighbor countries. Our logistics operations and storage of pharmaceuticals and medical devices in our depot in Belgrade, have incomparably accelerated delivery of pharmaceuticals and medical devices to Clinical Centers and significantly reduced transportation costs because our company guarantees delivery of pharmaceuticals and medical devices from our warehouse in Belgrade to any Clinical Center or other institution in Serbia within 6 hours (from the moment of announcement / request by the CRO company or the Research Sponsor).
